Due to the perishable nature of raw meat, returns are not accepted.
If there is an issue with the quality of the product (e.g., spoiled meat, wrong item), you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery, along with photo evidence.
Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion based on the nature of the complaint.
We ensure that meat products are hygienically handled and transported under controlled conditions.
It is your responsibility to refrigerate or cook the meat products promptly after delivery to maintain quality and safety.
All logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and other content displayed on the Website and App are owned by Garib Nawaz Meat and Chicken Shop and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You agree not to misuse our services, such as using false information, reselling our products without permission, or engaging in activities that disrupt our operations.
