This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled.
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
After 5 minutes, cancellations may not be possible as raw meat orders are freshly cut and packed immediately.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately through our customer support phone number or WhatsApp.
Once your order is picked up by the delivery partner (Rapido, Swiggy Genie, Ola, Uber, etc.), no cancellations are allowed.
In such cases, you will be charged the full amount for the order.
If you successfully cancel the order before preparation/dispatch, the amount (for prepaid orders) will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
Unavailability of products
Incorrect or incomplete address/contact information
Inability to reach the customer
Delivery partner unavailability or service issues
Any unforeseen operational or technical problems
In such cases, if payment was already made, a full refund will be processed.
